Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- - Extra person (above 5 years old) will be subject to additional charge, which will be settled upon arrival at the villa (not included in room rate). Please confirm the extra person prior to arrival.
- - Professional housekeeping is included in the booking rate,
- - Sunday is a day off and staff will not be working (only available for check in/out),
- -Smoking is NOT allowed inside the bedrooms, but allowed in the outdoor spaces (any damage caused by smoking will be charged to the guest),
- -People other than those in the Guest party set forth above are not allowed to stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest.
- -The villa is located in a residential area. Loud music/noise is prohibited after 10 pm.
- Management reserves the right to remove guests who don't oblige with these conditions, from the villa. Any payment will not be refunded in this case.
