Puffin Cottage Holidays is delighted to present Windermere, between Tenby Harbour and Castle Beach boasting picturesque sea views from its sash windows and doorstep. In fact Windermere to Castle Beach is just 50 yards away and less than a one minute walk! After a lovely day on the beach, grab some tasty refreshments from the Dennis café and slowly amble up the slip way to your lovely seaside abode!

Venture out to Tenby harbour where the wooden excursion huts are gathered at the entrance where you can book a trip to Caldey Island , go sea-life spotting or try your luck at fishing. Take a peek at the quaint stone fisherman’s chapel which sits on the harbour front and stroll the path around Castle Hill to see the Lifeboat station and the castle ruins. Be sure to dip your toes in the sea at Castle Beach and if the tide allows, climb the rocky steps up to St Catherine’s Island for its history and unique view of Tenby. Centrally located near shops, bakeries and local cuisine, you could not pick a better spot to enjoy the town!

Windermere highlights its charming Georgian characteristics with pops of colour and contemporary decor. Split over four levels, the house has a wonderful flow with plenty of nooks to relax and take in the sea views.
Enter the house through the front door, ground level, into the open plan kitchen, living dining area.
Kitchen
The kitchen is a modern design with a fabulous blue electric Aga. Equipped with dishwasher, washer dryer and fridge freezer. The open plan design allows you to socialise and connect with family and friends whilst preparing meals. The kitchen also features a large island/breakfast bar, seating and integrated induction hob.
Dining/Living area
A relaxed space with comfortable soft furnishings, wall mounted TV, dining table and seating for 8 people.
Boot room
Leading on from the kitchen is a boot room and sink and plenty of space for body boards, shoes, buckets and spades. The back door from this room provides access to the outside patio area and seating.
Downstairs
A door from the kitchen leads downstairs to a snug area with comfortable seating and Smart TV.

A separate toilet and wash basin on the first floor.

The first floor bedroom has a double Bed, chest of drawers, clothes rail and access to en-suite which comprises a shower cubicle with rainfall shower, washbasin and mirror.

On the landing is a further large built in cupboard with hanging space and shelves.

Please note: That stag and hen parties are strictly not permitted at this property. Mixed group and same sex group bookings may be considered by prior application only and are subject to owner’s approval and checks.
There is a parking permit for the multi storey car park which is a five minute walk from Windermere (and outside of the summer vehicular restriction zone). Further parking is available at the Five Arches pay and display car park, just a five minute walk away from the property.
Two small or one medium sized well-behaved dogs welcome - please note dogs are permitted downstairs only. If your bringing your furry friends, why not take a look at our dog friendly beaches guide.
Please note the property is located in Tenby town centre and there are vehicular restrictions through some of the peak summer weeks between July and September.
A refundable damage and good-housekeeping deposit of £100 is required when staying at this property.
No hen or stag parties.
Check in is from 4pm on day of arrival.
