Upon entering, you are welcomed by a cozy living room divided into two areas: one with a sofa to watch your favorite programs on a smart TV with international channels, along with two chill-out armchairs, perfect for gatherings with friends or family, all beautifully decorated in a minimalist style. The other area features a lovely oval wooden dining table and an elegant open-plan kitchen with a bar. The kitchen is equipped with everything you might need: from a refrigerator, stovetop, dishwasher, and oven, to small appliances such as a Dolce Gusto capsule coffee machine and kettle, all opening onto a fantastic private terrace that allows natural light to flood in. The terrace is ideal for dining while enjoying Marbella’s Mediterranean climate. It features a wooden dining table for six, next to a large fabric umbrella, and a circular pool perfect for enjoying a sunny day with dining and swimming. It also has four comfortable sun loungers for sunbathing. Don’t you already want to be here? As a bonus, the BBQ will make every meal special. The master bedroom, en suite, is a gem, with a queen bed to ensure optimal rest, a large closet for your belongings and direct access to the terrace to maintain a fresh atmosphere and natural light. The bathroom, modern and elegant, includes a large walk-in shower and a beautiful sink. In addition, there are two more bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a sofa bed and desk, both with direct access to the terrace, which allows the light to be always present, and large closets. Between the two bedrooms there are more closets and another bathroom with shower, sink, dryer and hair dryers. The comfort and safety of our guests is our priority: the villa has high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning throughout the property, a washing machine, and complimentary towels and sheets, along with an alarm system. For your beach days, we also offer beach towels for a small fee. Additionally, within 1.5 km, you can find Mama’s Bakery and Restaurante Don Quijote. If you are a sports enthusiast, another reason East Marbella stands out is its golf courses, including Santa Clara Golf Marbella (a 4-minute drive away) and Marbella Golf Country Club (2.5 km away).
