Villa Orazio is a single-family house located in Tuscany in the Lunigiana region called ‘the land of a hundred castles’, a land suspended between the sea and the mountains, this beautiful Art Nouveau house dating back to the early twentieth century is located in the seventeenth-century village of Collegnago, a small hamlet three km from Fivizzano, the Florence of Lunigiana, the centre of the area with all the shops and services. The view sweeps over the mountains and the Verrucola Castle with its fortified hamlet less than two km away, located on the road from Fivizzano to Collegnago.

The ideal place for those who love green and slow tourism, made up of walks, cycling and hiking immersed in a landscape rich in contrasts, atmospheres, sounds and colours. Its location allows you to reach the beaches of the Ligurian and Tuscan coasts in about 40 minutes by car.
On the ground floor we find the kitchen, living room with flat screen TV and two bathrooms 1 with washbasin, toilet and bidet and 1 with washbasin, shower with hydro massage, toilet and bidet.
A flight of stairs leads us to the first floor, where we find 3 bedrooms, one double and two singles with one bed each.
Going out onto the totally enclosed garden we find a further area of the house consisting of a large TV room with two beds and a spacious bathroom with jacuzzi bath.
