Il Fienile di Fabio is a detached house with an outdoor swimming pool (approx. 36 sq m) for the exclusive use of guests. The garden and outdoor area are private and furnished with sunbeds. The house is immersed in the countryside of Florence, about 40 minutes away, in a quiet position. The house is well furnished inside, complete with kitchen equipment. The veranda is equipped with table, chairs and barbecue.
Play area with table tennis, table football, slide and swing for the little ones.
Gym equipment. Mosquito nets for all windows and parking space inside the property.
We recommend visits to Lucca, Pisa, Livorno and an excursion to Garfagnana or to the sea in Versilia.
The owners live in the house, behind the Fienile, which they access from a separate entrance; therefore Fienile Fabio’s guests have guaranteed privacy on the veranda, in the garden and by the pool.
Small and medium-sized pets are on request.
Inside, you will find a spacious ground floor and a mezzanine upper floor. On the ground floor: a well-equipped kitchen with cooktop, refrigerator, American coffee machine, kettle, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, as well as a fireplace and a wood-fired oven. From the kitchen there is access to the outdoor veranda. Living room with double sofa bed, satellite TV, DVD player, and stereo system. Bathroom with shower. Mezzanine upper floor: bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, small bathroom with washing machine and vacuum cleaner. Air conditioning, independent heating, fan, Wi-Fi Internet.
