Villa Le Pozze is an authentic villa surrounded by no less than 32 hectares of woods, olive groves and vineyards, barbecue and private pool ( 7 x 14 x 1.2 - 2.4).
Great location for visiting as many as three regions, Tuscany, Umbria and Lazio, by car from Rome (90 minutes drive) or Lake Trasimeno (20 minutes). And if you want to taste excellent truffle dishes, be sure to visit San Giovanni d’Asso, where a popular truffle fair is held in November. If you are planning a special family reunion or an important celebration, this estate is the right place, as both indoor and outdoor spaces are perfect for unforgettable events.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
