Colle Degli Ulivi is a traditional villa (mq 380) 8km from the centre of Cortona, with an independent swimming pool (dim. 6x12 hrs. 1,50) at the highest part - 80cm at the lowest part) - fenced - with outdoor shower and footwash. Fenced outdoor area 6000 sqm.
To access the property there is a stretch of road of about 3km partly wooded and the last 300m unpaved.Parking inside the property uncovered for 7 cars.
The villa is located in an organic farmhouse. The ideal holiday for a large family or a group of friends who want privacy and contact with nature, trekking and mountain biking enthusiasts.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
