Laying on Siena’s countryside on gentle hills along the Via Francigena and minutes away from the famous towers of San Gimignano, noble and ancient houses form the Fattorie Santo Pietro, a ancient and quiet village surrounded by 300 hectares of unspoiled nature, of which Montecarulli Apartments is a part.
The whole village has been restored and it is a rural architectural heritage of pure Tuscan tradition. The Fattorie Santo Pietro offer different types of accommodation to suit guests from all over the world
Guests can enjoy the panoramic swimming pool surrounded by vineyards and olive trees (20 x 5 x 1.5).
The flats all have an adjacent garden with table and chairs, are of different sizes and can accommodate from 4 to 9 people. Ideal for weekly holidays for couples, families with children and teenagers, or groups of friends.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
