The villa has a swimming pool ( 10 x 7 m) and hot tub for the exclusive use of guests. The pool can be heated before mid-May on request between mid-September and mid-November (extra charge). In addition, a welcome dinner can be organised on site for those who wish, price to be agreed with the owner.

The property is located only 15 minutes by car from the ancient city of Arezzo, on the edge of the Casentino Forests and the Verna Park. A tennis court, shared with guests Villa Olivi and Vogognano, is also within walking distance (about 200 m). The covered terrace with pizza oven, the panoramic veranda and the terrace on the first floor allow guests to admire the splendid panorama and spend pleasant moments outdoors. The location is so charming that many couples choose it to celebrate their unforgettable wedding in Tuscany! On request, the owner organises dinners, lunches and cooking classes (to be paid for locally). The windows are fitted with mosquito nets. Two baby cots are also available on request. Excursion tips: 4 km Subbiano, 35 km Caprese Michelangelo, 48 km Cortona, 70 km Florence, 15 km golf course.
Villa Castelluccio in the main body consists on the ground floor of double living room with separate kitchen, master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a second bathroom, more laundry.
On the second floor, on the other hand, we find four bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, two of which are double and two with two single beds.
In the outbuilding we find a living room, laundry room, separate kitchen with small bathroom, while on the second floor there is a double room with ensuite bathroom and a twin room with ensuite bathroom.
