Beautiful flats inside a farm that produces wine and oil. It has been furnished in rustic Tuscan style using natural materials.
Its location between Florence and Siena allows you to reach all the main tourist destinations: Florence 30 minutes away and Siena 20 minutes away. It is close to smaller villages such as San Gimignano, Monteriggioni and Radda in Chianti.
The outdoor spaces are characterised by a large lawn garden with a beautiful swimming pool measuring 5.5 metres x 11 metres, with a depth varying from 0.50 to 1.4 metres. The pool is surrounded by a wooden floor and equipped with sun loungers and an outdoor shower.
Parking is available on site.

It is on two levels and has three double bedrooms and two full bathrooms with showers. It has direct access to an exclusive garden with barbecue facilities and the use of the beautiful communal swimming pool located a few metres away and offering breathtaking views. The air-conditioned flat offers a flat-screen TV with satellite channels.
On the ground floor of the flat there is a living area and a fully equipped kitchen. On the first floor are the 3 double bedrooms and the 2 bathrooms with showers. Outside there is a small area equipped with a barbecue belonging to the flat.
