The farmhouse which is located in the open countryside, near the Po bank, welcomes you with a large living room and a large dining room. Adjacent to the dining room, a well-organized kitchen with two ovens, a multifunction kitchen stove, a large fridge and a work surface that will allow you to organize delicious meals during your holidays. The kitchen leads to an area furnished with table and chairs. To the side of the large living room is the well-organized fitness room with Technogym equipment, the toilet and two showers and TV. Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
