In the small medieval village of Scrofiano, located in the province of Siena in the Val di Chiana area, lies Vineyard’s Cottage, a detached house surrounded by a 500-square metre fenced garden with vineyards.
At guests’ disposal there is an above-ground swimming pool (3x5 ; 1,30m), a covered veranda furnished with table, chairs and deckchairs. The outdoor area is also equipped with a barbecue.
Scrofiano is known for its historical charm and medieval streets. Within easy reach are the thermal baths of Rapolano 20 minutes away and the city of Siena 30 minutes away.
Inside the property there are 2 parking spaces. Car hire or transfers can be organised on request.
The interior spaces are characterised by an entrance hall on the left where there is a living room with sofa bed and bathroom with shower. On the right is the kitchenette and dining table.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
