LV Premier Algarve- FU1 is a grand 6 bedroom/ 6 bathroom villa with a private (heated) pool and sea view. Located 25 min away from Faro, it is easily accessible by train, air, and road. Several mature palm trees distinguish it from the surrounding properties. The garden has various shrubs and there is a fence for privacy. The villa is fully equipped to a high standard, with AC and Heating, BBQ, fireplace, and much more. This villa is ideal for family and friend reunions. The proximity of the town center (walking distance) is another plus, allowing you to try the local restaurants, and the fresh fish. While you can take the boat to go to the Ocean beach, there is a local beach that you can walk to. You can take our kayak out or the SUP and explore the multiple small sand inlets and enjoy privacy. Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
