Step inside to discover a spacious main level adorned with vaulted tongue and groove ceilings, creating an inviting ambiance throughout. The centerpiece of the great room is a cozy gas fireplace, perfect for gathering around on chilly evenings. A flat-screen TV offers entertainment, while the open-concept layout seamlessly connects the living, dining, and kitchen areas.
The main level boasts a king ensuite, providing ultimate comfort and convenience for guests. Ascend the staircase to the upper level, where two queen ensuites await, one with a unique bathroom layout opening to both the bedroom and the hall, ideal for those utilizing the loft space. Additionally, a queen bedroom with a full bath awaits on the lower level, ensuring ample space for everyone in your group.
The gourmet kitchen features granite countertops, a large island for meal preparation, and seating for four at the counter. Enjoy meals together at the dining table for six, or take the culinary experience outdoors to the main level deck. Here, you’ll find another gas fireplace with a TV mounted above it, creating an alfresco entertainment space complete with sectional seating, a dining table, and a grill.
Downstairs is a den with seating, TV, and a Pac-Man arcade. The fourth bedroom with a Queen bed and TV is here, with a full bathroom in the hallway beside it. Unwind and rejuvenate on the lower level deck, where a brand new BullFrog hot tub and gas firetable await, offering the perfect spot to relax or soak beneath the stars. As night falls, gather around the beautiful wood burning firepit, surrounded by comfortable seating and illuminated by outdoor lighting, all while soaking in the breathtaking mountain views.

Eagles Nest Winery day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each
HOURS: Thur & Fri 4p-10p; Sat 2p-10p; Sun 2p-8p. (Please verify hours directly with the winery, as times may vary seasonally.)
Please note all visitors on premise at the Winery must be 16 years or older with the exception of Sundays. This is strictly enforced.
Guest do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman’s Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.
Please be advised that private ATVs are not permitted in the community and will be denied entry at the gates.
Additional Notes:
- CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
- This home is not pet friendly. Thank you for not bringing pets into the home.
- This home does not include access to or use of the garage.
- Guests are responsible for supplying all their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)
- The summer concerts are open to all guests however there may be an admission fee for each person and a cash bar for food and drinks.
- 4WD required for winter months, and chains may also be necessary in times of snow or ice.
- All linens and towels provided.
- All Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee to maintain the luxurious amenities.
- Eagles Nest is an up-and-coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.
- Firewood for the outdoor fire pit may be added at time of booking or by calling at least 1 week in advance. $25 for 2 bundles of firewood and 1 firestarter.
- Please note that all Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
- Returning guests of Bear Haven Hideaway may receive a 10% discount, not to be stacked with other discounts.
- This home has 1 exterior security camera mounted to the left side of the detached garage viewing the parking area and driveway only, no other cameras are present at this house.
- Check in is after 4pm and Checkout is by 10am
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- Please note that the distances shown on OTA’s map feature are measured in a straight line rather than actual road travel distances and times. We cannot change their setting for this, and encourage all guests to independently verify distances to desired destinations.
