Views! Views! Views!! Located in the Vineyard Village, this luxury home offers an exquisite escape with breathtaking sunset mountain views within walking distance of the Eagles Nest Winery. Nestled in the heart of the mountains, welcome to a beautiful open-concept living space that seamlessly blends the kitchen, dining area, and living room to create a warm and inviting atmosphere. This home also has a generator that provides seamless connectivity should you need it in the beautiful winter weather. The kitchen features a stunning granite island, not only providing ample counter space for culinary creations but also serving as a focal point for social gatherings. Equipped with modern appliances and stylish cabinetry, it’s a chef’s dream come true.
Adjacent to the kitchen, you’ll find a dining table perfectly set for six, offering an ideal spot for enjoying delicious meals with family and friends. The open design ensures that you can chat and connect with loved ones while preparing and savoring your culinary delights.
The living room is a cozy haven, complete with a gas fireplace that adds both warmth and ambiance to the space. Four comfortable chairs and a large flatscreen TV create a delightful seating area, where you can relax, watch your favorite shows, or simply unwind with a good book. Notably, the living room boasts deck access on two sides, allowing you to seamlessly transition between indoor and outdoor living spaces. One of the doors is a fully expanding pocket door that opens the family room directly to the outdoors. Whether you’re enjoying the warmth of the fireplace, preparing a meal in the well-appointed kitchen, or basking in the natural light and fresh air on the deck, this open living area offers the perfect combination of comfort and functionality for your daily life.
The main level welcomes you with a stunning king ensuite, a true haven of comfort and style. The ensuite bathroom boasts a modern, tiled shower and a double marble vanity, combining elegance with practicality.
As you step into the lower level, you’ll discover three beautifully appointed bedrooms. The queen suite offers a private bathroom with a tiled shower, ensuring utmost convenience and privacy. The king ensuite bedroom features a bath that also opens to the hallway, making it accessible to all guests, and a queen over queen bunk room, adjacent to a cozy den with an 85” TV and comfy oversized cloud leather couch that provides a flexible sleeping arrangement for families or larger groups.
Both the main level and lower level decks offer captivating mountain views. The main level deck features a woodburning fireplace under a covered area, creating an inviting space for relaxation, and seating throughout ensures plenty of space for everyone to enjoy the scenery. On the grounds, you’ll find a beautiful waterfall, adding to the serenity of the surroundings that can be heard from every part of the top and bottom decks, and a fire pit with ample seating, perfect for gathering around the crackling flames on cool evenings. For the delight of every griller, we have a four burner gas grill with side burner for you to barbeque up the ultimate cookout experience!
To complete the experience, the lower level deck boasts a large hot tub, inviting you to unwind and soak in the natural beauty that envelops this luxurious mountain retreat. Eagles Nest Winery day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each
HOURS: Thur & Fri 4p-10p; Sat 2p-10p; Sun 2p-8p. (Please verify hours directly with the winery, as times may vary seasonally.)
Please note that all visitors on premises at the Winery must be 16 years or older, with the exception of Sundays. This is strictly enforced.
Guests do not have access to the locked-off portion of the Sportsman’s Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.
Additional Notes:
- This home is not pet friendly. Thank you for not bringing pets into the home.
- Firewood for the outdoor fireplace and firepit may be added by reaching out to us more than a week in advance. You get two wrapped bundles and a firestarter for $25/night plus tax.
- Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATV’s.
- Guests are responsible for supplying all their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)
- The summer concerts are open to all guests however there may be an admission fee for each person and a cash bar for food and drinks.
- 4WD required for winter months, and chains may also be necessary in times of snow or ice.
- All linens and towels provided.
- All Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee to maintain the luxurious amenities.
- Eagles Nest is an up-and-coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.
- Please note that all Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
- Returning guests of Bucks and Bunnies may receive a 10% discount, not to be stacked with other discounts to the rent.
- Please note that the distances shown on OTA’s map feature are measured in a straight line rather than actual road travel distances and times. We cannot change their setting for this, and encourage all guests to independently verify distances to desired destinations.
CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
