We do not accept tourist stays. - Reservations are only allowed for work, study, or health reasons. - After booking, you must sign the contract and provide a document proving the reason for your stay. - If this documentation is not received, the reservation will be canceled and penalties may apply.

The apartment is easily accessible via public transport. The nearest metro stations—Piramides (Line 5) and Acacias (Line 5)—are within walking distance. If arriving by train, the Cercanías line connects the airport to Pirámides station. For those arriving by car, public parking options are available nearby, including Parking Atocha 24H and Parking Roundabout Pyramids.
