After Hours Check In Policy: Check in after 9PM is not something we offer as a standard business practice. If arriving by air please book an earlier flight, if arriving by car leave earlier. Getting through the airport can take 45 Minutes-1.5 hours arriving from out of country. Travel time to the property can take another 20-45 minutes. If you are renting a car that could take 1-1.5 hours for processing and paperwork. Please book a flight that gets you in early enough to allow for these items and arrival time no later than 9PM. If you are planning on arriving or need to arrive after 9PM you need to inquire with us first prior making your reservation to see if we can accommodate you; if we can accommodate you there will be a late check in fee payable in cash due upon arrival. If you fail to inquire and receive approval for late check in prior to making your reservation, you will be responsible for cancelling your reservation on your side at your full cost. Any cancellation requested within two weeks of the initial reservation being received will be granted a 100% refund, anytime after that normal cancellation policy applies. Please make sure you have your transportation arrangements worked out before you make your reservation or within 2 weeks of making your reservation or your funds may be at risk based on normal cancellation policy rules/regulations. Absolutely no smoking on inside the unit, or on the terrace, there is a $300 USD / $6000 MXN fine if you smoke any substance or vape. There is a dedicated smoking area on the roof top, or you can smoke in the street. You are allowed to register at the front desk 2 guests to visit the upstairs pool/bar/restaurant area only during the normal pool hours, no guests are allowed to stay overnight. PHOTO ID IS REQUIRED FOR ALL REGISTERED RENTERS AND GUESTS, NO PHOTO COPIES OF ID’S. It is easy taxi ride from airport, only about 5 minute ride with no traffic. The building is located close to main avenue so you can flag taxi, use ride apps like Uber, Indriver, or many buses run on the main street also.
