The building management is separate from Property Manager management and therefore all communication during guest stay and check-in & check-out process must be via Property Manager personnel
+ Guests must ensure contact details listed on Property Manager is valid and reachable
SECURITY & COMMUNICATION
+ Each guests are strictly required to provide a form of identification (ID/passport) prior to check-in.
+ Communication throughout stay will be via web-based app or WA
COVID POLICY
+ Guests are also strictly required to follow all building management rules on Covid-19 Precautions (if any)
+ We do NOT provide accommodation for self-isolation/self-quarantine for those infected with Covid-19
