This spectacular home is located in a friendly North Scottsdale neighborhood that is close to the popular Scottsdale attractions including TPC Scottsdale, Kierland Commons, Westworld of Scottsdale, and the Quarter where you can enjoy a multitude of restaurants, shopping, and more.
This two-story home offers a spacious 3,350 square feet, five bedrooms, and three bathrooms to sleep up to 12 guests.
You’ll enter the home via the front door and will be greeted by the front pool table room and a stairway that takes you to the main great room. This expansive, open floor plan space holds the living room, kitchen, and dining areas.
Living Room: This room offers contemporary furnishings including sectional seating and accent chairs, a 65” Smart TV. Located off the living room, you will find the private office space.
Kitchen: The large kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances including a glass-top electric range, and a spacious island bar with seating for four.
Dining Room: This area offers a table and seating for four.
Formal Dining Room: The formal dining room has a large table with seating for up to 10 guests.
Pool / Game Room: This space offers a pool table, a 55” Smart TV, and a high-top game table, making this space fun for all ages.
Bedrooms/Bathrooms:
Master Bedroom (upper level) — King-size bed, 65” Smart TV, and the ensuite bathroom offers two vanity areas, a large walk-in tile shower, and a separate soaking tub.

Outdoor patio spaces:
The outdoor areas are not to be missed. There’s a private pool where you can enjoy a lap or two. Get some practice in at the putting green! Have a grilled favorite on the BBQ grill. You’ll also find plenty of outdoor furnishings, including outdoor dining options. And there’s a ping pong table in the garage.
Note: The pool can be heated upon request prior to arrival for a fee of $100 per day. No pool heating is offered June 1- September 30. Due to the unpredictable outdoor temperatures and conditions, and pool temperatures may not reach satisfactory levels.
