Welcome to our tastefully decorated, single level, three bedroom home, offering a cozy space to accommodate up to eight guests. You will find driveway parking available for up to two vehicles, with additional street parking conveniently nearby. Access to the home is via two steps leading up to the entrance.
Indoors, entertainment awaits with a Smart TV in the living room, complete with access to 1GB Fibre internet and modern streaming services for your enjoyment. Relaxation is ensured on the comfortable three person sofa and plush single seater after a day of sightseeing.
In the kitchen, discover modern amenities, including a Whirlpool fridge and freezer, a large 12 cup drip coffee maker, and all the essential appliances and utensils for preparing home cooked meals. For the culinary enthusiasts, a magnificent KitchenAid oven and range await your culinary creations. And to make your stay even more convenient, we have provided a Whirlpool dishwasher, so you can spend less time on chores and more time enjoying your vacation. Take a seat at the kitchen bar, offering seating for three, or gather around the hardwood dining table with ample seating for six to savor your meals in comfort.
On the main level, indulge in luxurious accommodations. The primary bedroom boasts opulence with its king size bed, complete with a closet, Smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom featuring a single sink vanity and a sunken tub and shower. Bedroom two exudes elegance with its queen size bed, adorned with two nightstands, each adorned with elegant lamps. Guests can also enjoy the convenience of a Smart TV and access to a shared bathroom located in the hallway. Bedroom three offers a sanctuary of comfort with its queen size bed a Smart TV, and a beautifully appointed nightstand for added convenience. Each bedroom is outfitted with a sound machine for a cozy sleep, and is complemented by a spacious closet, providing ample space to hang up your vacation attire in style. We have space for two more guests to sleep in the living room on the comfortable pull out sofa. Conveniently nestled off the back patio, the laundry room awaits, equipped with a washer and dryer for your laundering convenience. Additionally, you will find the ironing board conveniently situated in the master closet for your garment care needs.
For traveling families, a Pack n Play, mattress, and fitted sheet are provided.
The backyard is a haven for entertainment and leisure, offering a plethora of amenities to enjoy. Discover a full sized ping pong table, a Smart TV for outdoor viewing pleasure, a cozy propane firepit for warmth and ambiance, a stocked mini fridge, and a versatile pellet grill and smoker for culinary delights. Additionally, outdoor dining is elevated with seating for six, where you can gather and indulge in al fresco meals. For added convenience, propane, grill accessories, and utensils are all included, ensuring a seamless outdoor experience.
We offer convenient keyless door codes for self-check-in. Property Manager Homes uses smart locks with check-in details provided 48 hours prior to arrival by email and text message.
• Early check-ins or late check-outs: If the property happens to be ready earlier than the standard 4 pm check-in time on the day of your arrival, in most cases an early arrival option may be available when confirmed with the main office. Late check-outs must be confirmed with main office staff prior to the date of departure.
Austin is an easy city to get around without a car in this location! Walk, rent a scooter or bike, easy access to Uber/Lyft. Austin offers plenty of transportation options. Ridesharing, micro-mobility, and mass transit are available everywhere. The airport is just 15 minutes away.
We also provide guests with a full list of recommendations and services. This information can be found in the House Manual upon check-in.
Please pay close attention to following the house rules. Non compliance could result in sizable fines.
- All guests staying at one of our Property Manager Homes are required to sign (esignature) a rental agreement and complete identity registration.
- Age restrictions apply. Reservation holder must be 25 years of age.
- All guests must be included on the guest list and not exceed the maximum number stated on the listing.
- Upon arrival, we aim to ensure your safety, proper access to the home, and guest features. ALL guests are required to read the house manual upon arrival. Should you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to Property Manager.
- Known damages incurred during your stay must be reported to the property manager immediately.
- Before check in, we will send you detailed directions to ensure a seamless arrival.
- Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
- We cannot guarantee early check ins or late checkouts. When it is possible to check in early or check out late, there will be a fee for anything outside of a one hour window within our standard times. If your need for an early check in or late check out is great, your best option is to book an additional night.
- Some homes offer pools/hot tubs. There is no guard around the water features when available. Use at your own risk.
- Some homes have cameras for external monitoring only.
- Stays over 29 days – please inquire separately for terms and conditions.
- HOTEL TAX COLLECTION: Both the City of Austin and the State of Texas requires all hotel and vacation rental hosts to collect hotel tax. We collect these two taxes within the booking transaction. The state requires 6% and the city requires 11%.
- YOU ARE HELPING: A portion of the city hotel tax helps support Austin’s musicians and related businesses.
- This home is pet-friendly. Please note, only dogs allowed and 50lb weight limit, up to 2 dogs per stay. $150.00 fee applies, per stay, per pet.
- This is a No Smoking property. Penalty fees for violations will apply and you may be asked to vacate the premises with no refund at the discretion of the Host.
- For the safety of guests and the home, there are noise monitoring devices. These devices only measure the decibel level and do NOT record any audio.
