- This multi-level home requires stairs to access the main level. It offers bedrooms and full bathrooms on the main level
- The homeowner lives on-site, in a completely separate house within the property's entry gate. The homeowner uses an office on the lower level of the rental during some daytime hours and may be present during your stay
- Guests may bring their own horses, but horses on-site are not available for riding. If you are interested in boarding accommodations, please reach out to the Guest Contact after booking. Additional fees are paid on-site. Pasture boarding is $20 per horse per night, stall boarding is $40 per horse per night, and hay is available for $15 per bale
- Your safety matters. This property features 4 exterior security cameras. Camera 1 is located on the carport facing the parking area, camera 2 is on the entry gate facing the vehicle entrance, camera 3 is on the back gate facing the vehicle back exit, and camera 4 is located by the creekside fire pit facing the house and horse stalls. The cameras do not look into any interior spaces. They record video when activated by motion
