Perfect for larger families or groups, giving you the perfect environment to socialise whilst also allowing you to have your own space. The apartment sleeps 6 guests as standard, we can also set up a 4th bedroom with bunk beds upon request which then allows a total of 8 guests for an additional fee. Recently refurbished kitchen, equipped with a variety of modern appliances including a coffee machine and all the essentials you will need to cook a great meal during your stay. We also offer complimentary oil, salt, pepper and cleaning products for your convenience. Bathed in natural sunlight, the dining / living area has a flat screen smart tv (no satellite channels), indoor fire place, comfortable sofa and arm chair, with large double doors leading out to the idyllic balcony from which you can enjoy the exquisite and picturesque views of the Remarkables mountain range and crystal clear blue waters of Lake Wakatipu. Full laundry facilities with a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. We prep the apartment before you arrive leaving it with clean linen and towels. We also only use only green and organic cleaning materials and supplies to ensure we are doing our bit for the environment. During your stay the apartment will not be serviced; if you require servicing we can arrange this for you. If you also fancy practicing the art of yoga during your stay with us, we offer free passes to a yoga studio just a 5 minute drive away from the apartment.  Bedroom 4 (optional extra)- Bunk beds (suited for children up to the age of 12) Please advise us of your preference when making your booking - 2 x kings & 2 x singles will be set up by default. • We sanitise high-touch surfaces, down to the doorknob • I use cleaners and disinfectants approved by global health agencies, and we wear protective gear to help prevent cross contamination • We clean each room using extensive cleaning checklists • We provide extra cleaning supplies, so you can clean as you stay • I comply with local laws, including any additional safety or cleaning guidelines Guest access The entire house is included in this rental with the exception of the garage which will be locked. Other things to note Parking at the complex is limited to one vehicle only. Campervans, boats, jet skis & trailers are forbidden to be bought on to the complex. All queries regarding the apartment must be referred to ourselves only, not the reception at the Point. Please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP. Our holiday properties are perfect for those seeking an authentic and local Queenstown experience.
