The space
Our kiwi owned property is just a 7 minute walk to the heart of Queenstown and perfect for larger families or groups, allowing you to have your own space whilst also providing great areas to socialise. Split across three levels and featuring an open plan living / dining area, fully equipped kitchen, three spacious bedrooms each with expansive views, their own ensuite bathrooms and walk in wardrobes!
The apartment sleeps 6 guests as standard but we can also set up a rollaway bed upon request, which then allows a total of 7 guests for an additional fee.
The kitchen is equipped with a variety of modern appliances including a coffee machine and all the essentials you will need to cook a great meal during your stay. We also offer complimentary oil, salt, pepper and cleaning products for your convenience.
The dining / living area has a flat screen tv (sky & netflix), indoor gas fire place, heatpump/air conditioning, a comfortable sofa and large double doors/windows leading out to the picturesque balcony from which you can enjoy the majestic and jaw dropping views of the mountain ranges and ever changing blue waters of Lake Wakatipu. A Weber BBQ is also available for guest use.
Full laundry facilities with a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. Along with a private garage, with internal access making it perfect for storing all your summer & winter equipment securely.
We prep the apartment before you arrive leaving it with clean linen and towels. We also only use only green and organic cleaning materials and supplies to ensure we are doing our bit for the environment.
During your stay the apartment will not be serviced; if you require servicing we can arrange this for you. You will also be able to enjoy our complimentary gift basket full of local and regional produce to get you started and refresh you from your travels. If you also fancy practicing the art of yoga during your stay with us, we offer free passes to a yoga studio just a 5 minute drive away from the apartment.

Our holiday properties are perfect for those seeking an authentic and local Queenstown experience. We invite you, your family, friends and/or small group to stay at one of our properties for a couple of nights or longer for your relaxing and stylish stay in Queenstown.
We can hire, on your behalf, high chairs, baby cots, baby baths and stair gates for the small fee of $50 NZD per item for the duration of your stay. Please discuss with us at the time of booking if you would like to add any of these extras.
