If detected, it incurs a penalty charge of 100USD -Lost keys incur a surcharge of 35USD -Keys left on the door lock from the inside incur locksmith service for 70USD Optional Offerings - A baby crib and high chair are provided for a service fee of 30USD -A single person foldable mattress is provided for a service fee of 30USD -Airport transfers are available at an additional cost PLEASE NOTE: We require a standard deposit of $500 USD for each booking to cover any potential damages. If no damage occurs, we will release the deposit within 3 working days after your check-out, and it should be credited back to your account within 15 days of dispatch. If damages are found, we will deduct the repair costs from the deposit and address the issue as cost-effectively and efficiently as possible.
