This divine, top floor, two-level Platinum residence offers vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace and surround sound in the great room, full kitchen with gas range and four guest suites, each with an attached bathroom, two with king size beds, the third with two sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds, the fourth with two twin beds that can be made into a king. Additional features include air conditioning, a washer/dryer, private ski locker, on-site parking for one vehicle and complimentary ski season shuttle to/from Vail and Beaver Creek.

Guests will enjoy exceptional views of the park, Avon, Eagle River and the surrounding mountains, and the convenience of staying steps from Avon restaurants, bars and shops. There’s also a fitness center, indoor lap pool, hot tubs, a gas BBQ and fireplace available for use. Per Ascent HOA Rules & Regulations, regardless of bedding only 2 rental guests are allowed in each room with the exception of infants under 1 year old.
