The kitchen, fully equipped with modern appliances, includes a breakfast bar and a separate laundry room. The apartment is also equipped with air conditioning and central heating, ensuring a comfortable environment throughout the year.
The master suite features a 160x200 cm bed, a walk-in closet, and a private bathroom with a spacious wooden shower. The second bedroom has a 160x200 cm bed, the third has two 90x200 cm single beds, and the fourth bedroom features a 150x190 cm bed. All bedrooms include large wardrobes and are spacious to ensure a comfortable rest.
This apartment is in an excellent location, close to the Cathedral and surrounded by restaurants, shops, and bars. It is also just a 10-15 minute walk to the Alhambra and Albaicín, two of the city’s main tourist attractions.
