The Vila Bled boasts five double bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom, offering privacy and convenience to all guests. Thoughtfully designed, the bedrooms feature bespoke handmade wooden furniture made from reclaimed timbers, ample storage space, and luxurious mattresses and covers ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The unique "upside-down" design places the bedrooms on the ground floor, while the main living spaces occupy the first and second floors, maximizing the stunning mountain vistas.
Step onto the upper floor, where a spacious open-plan lounge, kitchen, and dining area welcome you. Floor-to-ceiling sliding glazed doors lead to a balcony overlooking the southern elevation of the villa, while a large terrace on the northern side invites you to relax, unwind, and soak in the breathtaking views. The modern kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-line Miele appliances.
The lounge area grants access to a mezzanine level, featuring a 75-inch flat-screen TV and a home cinema area, perfect for cozy evenings of entertainment. Additionally, a desk provides a serene workspace with glimpses of the lake.
Indulge in the terrace’s highlights, including a seating area for relaxation, an expandable dining table accommodating up to 12 guests, and a fully equipped barbecue and rotisserie.
The lower level of the villa houses a separate 2-bedroom apartment, offering flexibility for independent use or accommodating larger groups. With its own front door and separate access steps from the driveway, this apartment provides added privacy.
Surrounded by a well-maintained large lawned garden, The Vila Bled is bordered by woodland and hills on one side, while a row of beautiful trees overlooks the valleys on the other. This location ensures spectacular views, privacy, and a serene ambiance.

We want to inform you about a few policies regarding your stay at The Vila Bled. We kindly ask that you read and respect these policies during your stay:
-Smoking inside the house is strictly prohibited. Smoking is allowed only in outdoor areas.
-The minimum age for guests booking our house is 21 years old.
-Unfortunately, we do not accept pets in our house.
-A pre-check-in form must be filled out before check-in to ensure a smooth arrival process.
-The tourist tax in Slovenia is 3,13 EUR per guest per night and must be paid with a credit card before check-out. Please note that this tax is not included in the rental price.
-A security deposit of 300€ must be paid with a credit card up to 7 days before arrival. The deposit will be refunded by credit card up to 3 days after check-out, provided there is no damage to the property.

On foot: The area around Lake Bled is perfect for walking and hiking. You can take a leisurely stroll along the lake’s shoreline or hike up to one of the viewpoints for stunning panoramic views.
Cycling: Bled has a network of cycling trails that make it easy to explore the area on two wheels. You can rent a bike and ride around the lake or head further afield to explore the countryside.
Public transportation: There are buses that run regularly between Bled and nearby towns, as well as to Ljubljana, the capital city of Slovenia. You can also take a train from Bled Jezero station to other parts of Slovenia.
Car rental: If you prefer to explore the area independently, you can rent a car and drive around Lake Bled and the surrounding areas. This gives you the freedom to stop off at places that catch your eye and explore at your own pace.
Boat tours: One of the best ways to experience Lake Bled is by taking a boat tour. You can rent a traditional wooden pletna boat, which is operated by a local rower and takes you to the island in the middle of the lake, or take a guided boat tour to explore the lake’s many hidden coves and bays.
