2. No pet is allowed, $350.00 penalty will be applied.
3. No parties allowed inside the property, no loud noise after 10pm, $300.00 penalty will be applied.
4. Do not wipe your cosmetics by using any of the accommodation towels, $50.00 penalty will be applied if it’s detected.
5. Please clean all the used mugs and plates before check-out.
6. Please empty the rubbish bin before check-out.
7.Check-in is anytime after 3PM and check out by 10AM, fees will be charged AUD $25 for any late check out no later than 11:30am.
8. Extra cleaning fee may apply if the property too messy and dirty after guest check out.
9. You need to aware that a $300 deposit for house rule will be needed, and please notice if you damage the home, you may be charged up to $300.
10. All guests must provide Photo ID to host before check in.
11.From the restricted lockdown period, reservations only made under permitted reasons, or shelter in place and authorised reasons. Masks required all the time when guests’s accessing public areas.
12. Please release the key safe and bring it into the apartment for safety reason. There is $300 penalty if avoid to do.
13. If the smoking alarm has been removed or wrapped in a plastic bag after the guest check out, you will be fined to $300
