Please empty the rubbish bin before check-out. 7.Check-in is anytime after 3PM and check out by 10AM, fees will be charged AUD $25 for any late check out no later than 11:30am. 8. Extra cleaning fee may apply if the property too messy and dirty after guest check out. 9.
