Within a half hour or less from the Condo you will find all the watersports, fishing, cultural events, sporting events, nature preserves, shopping and dining you will need to make your time in Southwest Florida completely unforgettable. This property is approximately 13 miles from RSW International Airport, 7 miles from Florida Gulf Coast University, and 12 miles from Bonita Beach Park. No smoking, including e-cigarettes, cigars, or pipes permitted anywhere on the property; this includes the condo, front entryway, and lanai. No pets allowed. Minimum age to rent is 25. This property is located within an HOA-governed community; however, our management responsibilities are limited solely to the individual unit you are renting. We do not manage, maintain, or have authority over any shared or common areas, including the pools or any other community amenities, to include routine maintenance, repairs, or any unexpected maintenance issues that may arise within these shared spaces. As such, we cannot guarantee the availability or condition of any community amenities at any given time, as these matters fall outside our control.
