Meyers Meadow is calling for the perfect mountain escape! With the
perfect blend of modern comfort and rustic charm, Meyers Meadow feels
like an elevated mountain escape. The interior boasts vaulted ceilings,
wood finishes, and a stunning stone wall hosting a fireplace and large
flat-screen TV. An open floor plan invites your group to spend quality
time together. The wet bar allows you to effortlessly entertain your
group, while the fully-equipped kitchen featuring high-end appliances
makes cooking a breeze. Multiple outdoor spaces allow you to take in
the serene surroundings while you relax. Fire up the grill on the back
deck for evening BBQs, or head down to the lower patio to lounge in the
hammock or enjoy a shady afternoon hangout spot. End the evening with a
dip in the hot tub, painted by a backdrop of starry skies. Rest and
recharge in one of four comfortable bedrooms. The primary bedroom
boasts an ensuite with a jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower, while two
additional full bathrooms ensure plenty of privacy for the whole group.
Located south of Lake Tahoe, Meyers Meadow’s prime location allows you
to explore all that Tahoe has to offer. Walk to the Lake Tahoe Golf
Course to play a few holes, or opt for one of the nearby hiking trails.
A short 10-minute drive puts you at El Dorado Beach for days of
lakeside lounging and water activities. In the winter, skiing and
snowboarding at Heavenly Mountain Resort is just 15 minutes away.
Whether your days are filled with leisurely afternoons or fun-filled
adventures, Meyers Meadow sets the scene for an unforgettable getaway.
About the Area: - For skiing and snowboarding, Heavenly is only a 10-15
minute drive away. Sierra at Tahoe is a great option for smaller crowds
and lower prices. There’s also a snow-tubing area on the way. - Fallen
Leaf Lake is our personal favorite for swimming, kayaking, and picnics.
The best way to get there is through Fallen Lake Campground (Day-use
parking permits are ~$10). - To escape the crowds in town, head to
Baldwin Beach on Lake Tahoe. - Enjoy lakeside activities in town around
El Dorado beach and shopping around Stateline. - In the summer, take
the gondola up to Heavenly for great views - Adults can enjoy gambling
and casino fun in Nevada. - Right behind the house is the Meyers <->
Lake Tahoe bike trail, perfect for walking, running, and biking. -
Taylor Creek Nature Visitor Center is great for kids. - Echo Lake is
easily accessible from the house with tons of hiking around and
breathtaking views, especially in the summer. - Upper Truckee River
Loop is a short, beautiful, and easy walk/hike near the house. The
trailhead is at the parking lot across from the Lake Tahoe Golf course,
less than a half-mile walk from the house. - Mt. Tallac is a great hike
for the more adventurous. Get an early start to make it to the top
where you will find fantastic views of Desolation Wilderness to the
West. - Find more short and easy hikes around Emerald Bay and Eagle
Falls/Lake. Property Manager provides a personalized hospitality experience to

have air conditioning. - Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this
home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without Property Manager’s
approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet. - Please note that all
outdoor furniture and amenities, including grills, are seasonal and
available from Memorial Day through Labor Day. - Please note: Outdoor
noise is not permitted after 10 PM. Parking Details: - Up to 4 cars can
park onsite. - Parking space is available for 2 cars in the garage and
2 cars outside. - No street parking allowed. - Violations result in
fines of $1,000 and up, and revocation of the permit after three or
more violations. --- The room configuration is as follows: Primary
Bedroom / King Bedroom 2 / Queen Bedroom 3 / Queen Bedroom 4 / 2 Twin
bunk beds --- This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the
no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a
$300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and
quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound
systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any
noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000
per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written
approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will
be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more
information about our event policies and fees. There is nothing more
important to us at Property Manager than the health, safety, and experience of
our guests & staff. We’ve enhanced our cleaning and sanitation
protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between
reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions. As a reminder,
we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and
although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all
contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We
strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to
meet and adhere to these standards. IDs will be requested for
verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a
security deposit. We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud. STR
