This spacious and well appointed 3BR 2.5BA offers a fireplace as well as a deck with a firepit and grill. There is also a 1 car heated garage with parking allowed for an additional 1 vehicle in front of the garage for a total parking space of 2 vehicles.
This unit is nestled in a quiet neighborhood in the Wildernest subdivision of Silverthorne.A spacious Great Room in each unit features ample plush seating, a 50 inch TV, and a gas fireplace. There is no Cable but streaming is available on the living room TV. Appointed with a suite of full-size appliances(air fryer) and a broad spectrum of cookware, this well equipped kitchen offers everything you will need to whip up a delicious home cooked meal.
The dining room table offers seating for 6, with additional seating for 3 at the bar.
The mountain-view master suite is outfitted with a queen bed and en-suite bathroom with a jetted tub/shower combination. Two additional bedrooms one has a a queen bed the other features a queen over queen bunk bed on the lower level, while the guest bathroom between them is configured with a tub/shower combination. All bedrooms have Smart TV’s.
Another half bath on the main level provides added convenience. After fun-filled days on the slopes, gather around the gas fire pit found on the deck or inside. The deck is also equipped with a gas grill.
Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and parking for two cars (one in the heated garage and one in the driveway). Please note that this rental does not have air-conditioning and is only accessible via a small set of steps.
