This beautiful townhome is located just a short walk from Lake Dillon and is near I-70, providing quick access to all of Summit County. This beautifully remodeled home can accommodate up to 9 guests and features vaulted ceilings, a private deck, a private washer and dryer, a gas fireplace, large closets, spacious bedrooms, and a private hot tub!
The upstairs level features the living room, kitchen, master bedroom and bath, an additional half bath, and a private balcony. The living area has plenty of seating for the entire group to gather around the gas fireplace and large smart TV. The kitchen is remodeled with new granite countertops and all new appliances. The kitchen also features a breakfast bar that seats 4. There is a dining room area off the kitchen that seats 10, making it the perfect spot for the entire group to enjoy meals together. The main floor is full of warm light from the large windows that surround the space. Open the doors to let in the mountain breeze in the summer, or step out onto the balcony to take in the fresh mountain air. There is a powder room on this main level as well as the master bedroom. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a full jetted tub, shower, and his-and-hers sinks.
The two guest rooms are located downstairs. These rooms share a full bathroom off the hall. The first guest room has a king-size bed, and the second guest room sleeps 3 with a twin-over-queen bed. There is also a second living area with a queen sleeper sofa. A private washer and dryer is located in the closet off the hall on this level. Keep your vehicle snow-free and store your skis in the private 2-car garage.
This townhome is in a quiet neighborhood and is only 250 yards from the Summit County Recreation Path. This paved path extends for miles and connects Frisco, Dillon, Keystone, Breckenridge, Copper, and Vail! The path is used in both summer and winter. Take a walk next to the lake, or rent a bike and explore for the day. There are multiple bike shops within a mile of the townhome for rentals.
