This gorgeous 4 bedroom/ 4 bathroom town home is only steps away from the Union Creek Chairlift and the Copper Mountain Ski and Ride School. Great location for beginners and experienced skiers and riders! Lower level: The entry level of this home is on the ground floor, with access to the garage and front door. The downstairs bedroom has 2, Twin over Queen Bunk Beds and a full bath. There is direct access to the private outdoor hot tub.
2nd Level: Large great room complete with a surround sound system. Full bath on this level as well as large flat screen TV and gas fireplace. This great room has a new queen sleeper sofa. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen has a large island and breakfast bar as well as large dining area. There is also a full bathroom.
3rd Level: Master Suite with king bed, gas fire place, and wonderful view overlooking the chairlift and Ten Mile Creek. The Master bath has a nice soaking tub and walk-in shower with rain shower head. 3rd bedroom has a Double size bed and full bath in the hallway. The 4th bedroom has Queen Bed and a Twin Bunk Bed. There is a full size washer and dryer on this level as well.
There is parking in the large, private 2 car heated garage, which has plenty of room to store all your gear for you to enjoy in the Rocky Mountains!
West Village chairlifts and base area do not open until the Christmas/New Years Holiday travel time, typically the 3rd week of December. West Village base area and chairlifts typically close the first week of April. Early and Late Season guests will be able to use the free "Copper Coach" shuttle to get to Center Village for skiing and riding. Another option is to walk along the bike path to Center Village, a 5-10 minute walk. Parking: Two cars may be parked in the private garage attached to unit and one additional vehicle parked directly behind garage door. Additional vehicles will need to be parked in the Alpine Lot.
