Cortes is a hub of literary art and culture. One of the most privileged neighbourhoods in the centre of Madrid. The apartment is fantastically located less than five minutes from Cibeles Square. In the heart of a part of Madrid where the most prestigious buildings from the 1920s are located (Bank of Spain, Círculo de Bellas Artes...). In the Literary Quarter, Huertas Street is lined with quotes from former residents, such as Cervantes and Lope de Vega, whose house is now a museum. Very nearby, the tree-lined Prado promenade leads to the famous Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum. There are tapas bars with crowded terraces in Santa Ana Square.
The apartment:
Luxury, comfort, design, and equipment are adjectives that perfectly define this apartment with two independent bedrooms and two complete bathrooms, one of them en suite, which will undoubtedly meet the requirements of any client seeking an ideal space to stay and feel comfortable. No details have been spared in the decoration, with the intention of offering quality, design, and style to all its guests.
The apartment has a spacious living room where a comfortable double sofa bed has been placed, allowing accommodation for 6 people. The independent kitchen is of great design and is fantastically equipped with everything necessary: washing machine, induction hob, microwave, and any small appliance that might be needed.
With a surface area of 88 square metres, this fabulous apartment has a very good layout. The first bedroom is spacious, equipped with an enormous built-in wardrobe and a superb double bed of good quality, fundamental for a good rest. The apartment has a second bedroom with two single beds.
The cot is subject to availability. Please advise a maximum of 5 days in advance.
Air conditioning in all rooms of the apartment.
The change from heating to air conditioning in the apartment boiler will be carried out at the end of May, and in turn, the change from air conditioning to heating will be carried out in November in accordance with the protocols established by the community.
Notice: in the adjacent building there is an active construction site and it could affect the communal inner courtyard.

IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with Article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival
The online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the MitHouse app/webapp. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest’s identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.
For stays exceeding 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be requested, which is refundable at the end of the stay if no damage is caused to the accommodation.
Respect: For the purpose of good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
