Coromandel Cottage was lovingly built as the ’baby’ to Coromandel Lodge. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom stylish cottage is just perfect for a weekend away, or for attending a wedding at one of the nearby venues - Bendooley, Eling Forest, Centennial and more. And the beautiful outside bath is a fantastic feature of the master bedroom! With its own driveway and parking, the Cottage is set well enough away from Coromandel Lodge, so is completely separate and private.

How is the property laid out?
Coromandel Cottage has a mezzanine design. The living areas and master bedroom are downstairs. The queen bedroom is located on the mezzanine above the living area. It is a romantic spot with a queen bed under the vaulted ceiling, a vintage privacy screen to change, and windows above the bed that allow the sunshine to gently wake you should you wish. It is accessed via the staircase and has a second bathroom with shower at the bottom of the stairs. Please note that the stairs are somewhat steep, so this space is not suited everyone, particularly the elderly or children.
The open plan lounge, dining, kitchen area has everything you need including a fully equipped kitchen and a coffee machine.
The main king bedroom is on the ground level and has a fantastic outside bathtub, with privacy screening.
WiFi, Netflix, Pay TV – will I have it?
Coromandel Cottage has good WiFi throughout so that working from home is normally hassle free.
Please note however that neither Property Manager nor the owner can guarantee 100% that the WiFi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If Wi-Fi is important, please therefore always have a back up plan.
What about outdoors?
Coromandel Cottage adjoins the park-like garden of Coromandel Lodge that was planted almost half a century ago. It is a special place that changes with the seasons and has abundant birdlife. Also keep your eyes out for kangaroos who often visit at dawn and dusk, and you’ll almost certainly see rabbits scampering about the lawns.
The clay tennis court is for use by either the Coromandel Lodge or Coromandel Cottage guests. Tennis rackets and balls are provided. Enjoy!
You also have use of your own fire pit with Adirondack chairs.
The dams on the property are fenced, but please take care around them and always be snake aware. Swimming is not permitted in the dams and children must be supervised at all times.
