• Per the amenities section, there is no air conditioning

• While we do not have cable, the television is steaming capable. Guests must provide their own logins.
This home is located in the Creekside Meadows neighborhood. Our local HOA has a list of rules and regulations — you are required to adhere to these rules throughout your stay.
1. PARKING
- Street parking is not allowed
- All vehicles must be parked in a garage or driveway
- Cars parked in the street may be towed away by the City
2. PETS
- Dogs must be on a leash at all times
- No more than two dogs per home
- Dogs may not be left inside unattended
- Clean up all pet waste
3. QUIET HOURS
- 10 pm to 7 am
4. USE OF SNOWMOBILES, DIRT BIKES & ATVs PROHIBITED
5. OUTSIDE FIRES PROHIBITED
- Absolutely no fires or fire pits in picnic area or creek bottom areas.
6. OFFENSIVE ACTIVITIES PROHIBITED
- No noxious, annoying, offensive, or illegal activities are allowed.
7. TRASH
- Garbage trucks are in the neighborhood after 10 am on Thursday.
-Trash cans cannot be left on the street overnight
8. WILDLIFE PROTECTION
- Dogs must be on a leash
- No hunting or shooting of gun
- No feeding of wildlife
- Catch-and-release fishing only
- Fishing not allowed on Teton Creek until July 1, per Idaho F&G regulations

Bedroom 2 (Upper Level): Queen bed, direct access to full bathroom.
Bedroom 3 (Upper Level): 3 Twin beds and 1 Double bed.
Bedroom 4 (Main Level): Queen-sized sleeper sofa
