This spacious 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom home features a newly renovated kitchen and open living, dining and kitchen areas. The home is also just a 5 minute walk to the base area, making it a convenient escape for winter visitors who wish to go skiing.
There are two bedrooms on the lower level, one of which has a king bed. The other bedroom offers a single twin bed and a twin over twin handcrafted wood bunk bed. Two of the upper level bedrooms each have a king bed and their own private bathrooms, while the final bedroom has a handcrafted wood king over king bunk bed and a twin over twin bunk bed. The loft area has a twin bed with a trundle, as well as the washer and dryer. The living area offers a gorgeous stone fireplace, a satellite TV, and plenty of seating, so that large families can enjoy nights in. Firewood is provided. Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
