The apartment is located just a minute away from Hyde Park and its Italian gardens, offering a direct entrance to London's most renowned park, perfect for a morning run or a calm walk, either along the serpentine lake or towards Kensington Palace, keeping your eyes open for any possible member of the royal family. The flat is also located next to the beautiful neighbourhood of Paddington, so enjoy a walk along Sussex Gardens, flanked on both sides by Georgian style homes, or a coffee in a Praed Street bar or along the multicultural centre of Edgware Road. If travelling across London and beyond is what you are looking for however, the apartment is also located 1 minute away from the Lancaster Gate Underground station (central line) and a 6 minute walk from Paddington Underground station (Bakerloo, District, Circle and Hammersmith & City lines). Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
