Kindly note that arrivals after 12:00 AM (midnight) will incur an additional charge of 200 AED. A security deposit of 2000 AED will be required before your stay. We will send you a secure, separate link to make the payment directly to Property Manager. The deposit is fully refundable after checkout, provided no damages are reported during your stay. Refunds are typically processed within 2–3 days after checkout, and the time it takes for the amount to reflect in your bank account may vary depending on your financial institution. Other Things to Note: Once you have booked and received the confirmation email, to ensure a smooth check in and meet our obligations with the Tourism authority, we kindly ask you to provide your passport details through the link to the check in form (in the confirmation email). Your passport will only serve the following purposes: 1- notify the building security to allow you in 2- register your stay with tourism authorities The cleaning fees mentioned in the price breakdown cover only the check out cleaning. For any additional in-stay cleaning, please reach out to us for prices and bookings. Property Manager does not hold ownership interest in the property. The property is either managed on behalf of the Owner, in which case Property Manager acts strictly as the disclosed agent for bookings and operations on behalf of the Owner, or leased by Property Manager under a separate lease agreement from the Owner to provide our guests with a comfortable and welcoming stay.
