Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- Check-in: 15 - 16h Check-out: 10 - 10.30h * The reception deadline is at 20h. Arrival after 4pm will have an additional cost of €20 Early check-in: From 12pm Late check-out: Until 12pm * Subject to availability. Cost: €40 Deposit of €150 authorised by credit card prior to the delivery of the keys. It will be unlocked by the same method between 3 and 7 days after departure. Rest times From 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. and from 11 p.m. to 9 a.m. Pets not allowed Free WiFi Check-out -The apartment must be left clean and in good condition. -Check the off of lights and air conditioning. -At the exit, the garbage must be deposited in the outer containers intended for this purpose. If not done, it may be penalised with €20 to be deducted from the deposit. -The damages detected, as well as objects that may be missing, will be deducted from the authorised deposit. Pool hours -From June 1 to 15: weekends from 10.30 to 15h and from 17 to 20h -From June 15 to September 1: every day from 10 to 15h and from 17 to 21h -From September 01 to September 15: weekends from 10.30 to 15h and from 17 to 20h
