Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

House rules

  • 1. Instant booking with no reviews please send request first.
  • 2. Booking with no reviews, we ask for a government photo ID like a driver's licence or passport to verify your legal name and so on.
  • 3. Insert correct guests number including children that they must be registered as a guest on the booking.
  • 4. Guest is strictly forbidden for any parties or event held in the property, if we found any house rules are broken by the guests, host will have the rights to request guest to terminate your reservation with no refunds and leave the property immediately with penalty fines for any lost or damages causes in the property or the building.
  • 5. Excessive noise will not be tolerated; Must remain quiet after 10 pm and before 8am. You will be evicted immediately if we are called out because of noise complaints, disruptive behaviour or disturbance with no refund of rent and your security bond.
  • 6. Please leave the property in clean & tidy condition. Clean the oven and kitchen after use it, otherwise $60 applied.
  • Over and above general cleaning charges will deducted from the bond if the property is left dirty or there has been damage caused.
  • 7. Please ensure that bins are pulled out by the night before collection day (details will be stated at the property).
  • 8. Do not leave excess rubbish behind. Ensure empty all bins inside the house and take away all excess rubbish. A minimum $300 rubbish removal charge applies if you leave excess rubbish behind.
  • 9. Please close and lock all windows and doors when you go out.
  • 10. Remember turn off the air-conditioner & lights when you go out.
  • 11. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and additional charges of $20 per hour fee applied.
  • 12. Please keeping the house key with you carefully, charges will be applied If you lost it. Remember return the house key in the lock box at check-out.
  • 13. Guest’s age must be over 30. This means that someone who is under the age limits cannot book a stay for themselves.
  • By booking you agree that you have read and agree to comply with these rules, failure could result in loss of your deposit and /or being asked to leave the property.
