Villa Ariadne is an adorable two-storey villa with private swimming
pool, private tended garden and outdoor sheltered dining area. On the
ground floor of the villa there are an open-plan living/dining area
with terrace/pool access, an air-conditioned double bedroom with en
suite bathroom, fully-equipped kitchen and a family bathroom. At
first-floor level there are three air-conditioned double bedrooms with
en suite bathroom. All bedrooms have balcony access with amazing sea
views.

The living room is air-conditioned and has a ornamental fireplace,
dining area, comfortable sofas, DVD Player, Satellite TV and Free
Wi-Fi. There are patio doors to the pool terrace with Sea views.
Kitchen
The kitchen is air-conditioned and features a toaster, coffee maker,
washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove/hob and
oven. There is also a barbecue outside.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.
