Enjoy an amazing stay at a spacious very private luxurious villa, surrounded by the lush greenery of Kefalonia. Located conveniently, the villa is adjacent to Kefalonia Airport and only 8km away from Argostoli the capital of the island ,5km from from Lassi and 1km from Svoronata ,so access to and from the villa is more than easy. Plus ample private parking is available to the rear of the villa so you will have nothing to worry about. The nearby village is called Minies and it is within walking distance from several golden, sandy beaches with clear shallow waters such as Spasmata and Megali Ammos (both organized, with sunbeds and a canteen), Eglina Beach and Ammes. Also, near the villa there are restaurants and mini markets for your daily needs. There are some beachside tavernas too for you to enjoy your Greek "mezedakia" and ouzo after your swim.
Designed with taste, the two-floor villa is a total of 147 m2 and consists of a ground floor of 89 m2 and the 1st floor which covers a surface of 58 m2. It features three en-suite bedrooms (two doubles and one twin all with sea views) all with large walk-in showers. There is also a fourth bathroom on the ground floor.
There is a beautiful fully equipped open plan kitchen with views to the sea and pool. The kitchen blends into the spacious dining and living room with two sets of French doors which also provide beautiful views of the sea and pool, they then lead out onto the terrace and the private garden and pool. Equipped with all possible amenities to cover your needs, the Villa can accommodate up to 8 people when using the large sofa bed in the living area.
