With an elevator, fenced yard, pet-friendly accommodations, and seamless indoor-outdoor living, Palmettos & Sunshine delivers the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and laid-back coastal charm—making it one of Garden City Beach’s most loved oceanfront vacation homes. PRIVATE POOL (10 x 20) and WADING POOL (10 x 10) Open year-round. Pool heating is available in spring and fall (Apr 1–May 31, Sept 1–Oct 31) for an additional $350 + tax per week. Heating is only effective when temperatures—day and night—are forecasted to be above 60°F. We recommend checking the forecast closer to your stay (but at least 5 days prior) before adding heat.
