Branyon Backcountry Trail, or dining at one of the area’s delicious restaurants such as Cosmos Bar and Grill, Cobalt, Ginny Lane, and most importantly, the historic Wolf Bay Lodge! This home is only 3.1 miles away from The Wharf, where visitors can enjoy great shopping, dining, and entertainment. Public beach access is located 4.4 miles away at the Cotton Bayou Public Beach Access. Guests will find free parking here as well as a public bathhouse.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.

  • Rental Period: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early arrival and late departure are not available at this home.
  • Amenities: While we aim to provide all listed amenities, they are not guaranteed and may be subject to availability or unforeseen circumstances. Maintenance at the home may be unavoidable during the Rental Period.
  • Age Restriction: Guests must be at least 25 years old to book and stay at the property for the duration. Valid ID required.
  • No Smoking: Smoking of any kind, including vaping, is strictly prohibited indoors and on decks/balconies affixed to the home.
  • Occupancy & Parking: The property must not exceed the listed maximum occupancy or parking capacity.
  • Guest Identity Verification: The guest of record must digitally provide valid identification prior to check-in as part of the required Rental Agreement being completed.
  • Events: Some select homes may allow events or gatherings for an additional fee. Prior approval is required, and unauthorized events are strictly prohibited and will incur charges.
  • Pets: Pets are allowed at select homes for an additional fee. Failure to disclose pets or bringing pets to non-pet-friendly homes will result in fines.
  • Lost & Found: Hosts are not responsible for any items left behind. Please ensure you have all your belongings upon check-out.
  • Packages & Deliveries: Packages and deliveries are not encouraged during your stay. Some homeowners have their mail held or have personal postboxes that are not accessible. The property cannot guarantee receipt or storage of any items.
  • Real Estate Showings: In rare cases, the property may be shown to potential buyers. Guests will be given advance notice and a licensed agent will escort all buyers. No “Open Houses” will occur during the Rental Period, only private pre-arranged showings
