Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- Trash - There are trash bins in the area where you park labeled trash. Please do not leave trash in the condo.
- Parking Space for c402 is for one vehicle.
- Please follow all rules of Pacifico Community. Violation of following these rules can cause an early check out without a refund.
- Please do not hand towel over the railings per the rules of Pacifico.
- Please be gentle with electricity and water. If the electricity does go off for any reason, the wifi will not work. This does not happen often.
