PACIFIC HAVEN, This Ocean Front Spacious three bedroom two and half bath home, features a large living room looking right out at the ocean. Make memories while watching the waves and enjoying this tastefully decorated beach-themed home. The large family room is set up to take in the waves with a large bayed picture window while watching that big game in the company of your entire group. The dining room has seating for the whole group to gather end enjoy meals together at the same time. All the bedrooms are located on the second floor featuring a large master bedroom with a king bed and its own private bath plus a nice comfortable chair you can sneak away to for a quiet place to read a book and enjoy the view of the ocean. The second bedroom features a king-size bed and a TV. The third bedroom is set up with two twin beds and a full-size bed. Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
