Located at the end of the Promenade on the Northside of Seaside, this house is gorgeous and waiting for guests. The home has so many sleeping options for your party of 12 with four bedrooms, one family room with bunk beds, and three and a half bathrooms. One room is a massive bunk room for the kiddos, 2 Queen rooms and a King room, another is on the third floor with a King bed and sweeping views of the Beach and Pacific Ocean. The kitchen is a chef’s dream and the living room is what family togetherness is all about. The pictures are worth a thousand words, so enjoy the photos and book your stay.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
