Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- [Electricity] Unlike most operators in Curaçao, we do not charge separate fees for electricity use - the price you see when booking is the full price you’ll pay. To help us protect the island’s fragile environment and control high electricity costs, we ask that you be mindful when consuming energy. Please turn off all lights and air conditioning when leaving the property.
- [Noise] Please be mindful of neighbours and refrain from excessive noise or loud music, especially after 10pm.
- [No smoking inside] Please note the property is no-smoking. Any smoking evidence will result in a fee taken from your security deposit for odour removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning. If you smoke outdoors, please dispose of your cigarettes safely due to the high risk of fire.
- [No Pets Allowed] We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, the property is not suitable to accommodate them
- [No Parties/Events] We kindly ask you to treat the property as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.
