This beautiful house is perfect for enjoying the peace offered by the stunning mountain landscape whilst having a delicious breakfast on the terrace, basking in the sun on the two sunloungers, swimming in the great chlorine pool that sizes 7 x 3 meters, and has a water depth ranging from 1.2 to 1.7 meters or tasting a succulent BBQ.
The spacious accommodation is very well cared for. You will be welcomed in a great living-dining room with a kitchen where you can cook your best recipes on the ceramic top, enjoy your meals all together, and rest while watching TV and cooling down with the AC. The wood stove cannot be used. There are 3 bedrooms, all of them with a closet and an AC unit. One of the bedrooms has a double bed and an en-suite shower bathroom, another one has twin beds and the last one has one single...

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
